General Shipment Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, not including weekends or Holidays.

 

About Your Shipment

  • All orders with items in stock are shipped the next business day
  • All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s)

Shipping & Service Delays

Delivery Times are estimated in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, etc.) please take into consideration additional shipping time to receive your purchase.

 

Damages

SmarTrike is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your packaged has arrived damaged, late, or never arrived, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods when informing us of the damages caused by the shipping carrier.

 

Lost Shipments

If your shipment becomes lost in transit, please contact our support team to file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier has marked your shipment as delivered but it was not found near or on your property, we advise to check with your neighbors before contacting us to file a claim with the carrier.

 

How to Track your Package

If your email is the same one that we have in your original order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include your Order number, tracking number, and link to the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
