The parent navigation is so smooth and it's very easy to switch between parent and toddler mode. It's the perfect size for my 2 yo and he loves it. Customer service was prompt in resolving ordering issues - tho I'm not sure why I was able to buy something that turned out to be out of stock. Though I ordered the red, I'm happy with the yellow. If you're expecting your toddler to use the back storage it's impossible to open, aggravating to me even. We snipped the plastic pieces so it can't latch and he can load it up with his cargo. Overall love it and would buy again.
